1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Request Timeframe

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process
